The first time I tried the PDF link it completely locked up my Firefox 3.x for Win32; it pegs one CPU core at 100% (50% of system) and never returns, so I had to kill it from Task Manager. I cleared cache and tried again, and then clicking the link produced nothing but did not lock up.
